As a child, Lauren Reitsema was forced to contend with the devastation of divorce when her parents separated after almost 20 years of marriage. She now draws upon that formative experience and the lessons she learned from it to help others build relationship skills. Offering hope and practical guidance, she helps parents to deal with grief – both theirs and their children's – and to build a new framework in which their relationship with their kids can thrive.
