1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Shipping Methods

For orders under 70lbs, we utilize USPS Retail Ground for shipping. Orders over 70lbs are shipped via USPS Media Mail.

Additionally, we offer expedited shipping options for those who require faster delivery. Customers can choose between USPS Priority 2nd Day Mail and Next Day Air.

 

3. Order Processing Time

We understand the importance of prompt service, and all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement.

Orders placed by 8:45 AM MT on business days are typically shipped on the same day.

 

4. Backordered Items

In the rare event that an item you ordered is currently on backorder, your items will be shipped as soon as they are restocked. If you have multiple items in your order, we may split the shipment to ensure you receive the available items promptly.

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you may receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date. 6. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

 

8. Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery timeframes for each shipping method are as follows:

USPS Retail Ground and Media Mail: 2-8 business days

USPS Priority 2nd Day Mail: 2 business days

Next Day Air: 1 business day - order must be placed by 10:30a.m. CT to arrive on the next business day
