Helping Children Understand How They Feel

Josh and Christi Straub are passionate about helping young children and their parents identify and navigate their emotions. In today’s culture, many people really don’t know what they are feeling, and may have learned to suppress or numb their “undesirable” emotions since childhood. The danger is that those emotions will eventually surface in inappropriate ways. The Straubs describe how they helped their young son navigate his fear of going to a new school. They also helped their young daughter understand how to express her anger in healthy ways.
