Orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed by 8:45 AM MT typically ship the same day. Exceptions would be weekends and holidays, when orders will be shipped the next business day. Backordered items will ship when in stock.

We are able to ship anywhere in the US and Canada.  Overseas shipping is not available at this time.

Digital products include audio (MP3), ebook (.epub or pdf), and video (MP4). All digital purchases may be streamed after purchase from your personal Focus Digital library by signing into your account and selecting the digital product. Select digital products such as eBooks may also be eligable for downloading after purchase from your Focus Digital library.

Focus Digital is a platform that we have built to allow our users to stream, download, and house their digital products affiliated with our online store. You may stream or download your purchased products directly from this platform by selecting “MY DIGITAL LIBRARY” from the navigation bar on our site.

 A few things to note:

• You must create an account to purchase a digital video. This is the only way to access your digital files after purchase
• Once you are logged in, navigate to “MY DIGITAL LIBRARY” which is located on the navigational menu of our store. If you are already signed in then this link will take you to your Focus Digital Library. If you are not logged in the system will prompt you to sign in before taking you to your Focus Digital library
• If you have any issues accessing your Focus Digital content, please give us a call at 1-800-A-FAMILY

Focus on the Family is a public charity exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to the Organization are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Our policy is to apply all gifts given toward a specific program to that program. Occasionally, we receive more contributions than can be wisely used toward a specific project — when that happens, we use these funds to meet other pressing needs that spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ by helping to preserve traditional values and the institution of the family.
