Joni Eareckson Tada is a prolife champion who, for more than 50 years, has been a living example of how God using the imperfect and broken people of the world in outstanding and unbelievable ways. Today’s culture would rather promote death than face suffering and disparages the “quality of life” that people experience with disabilities. Today’s culture upholds beauty and youth at the expense of everyone else and misses the divine beauty and valuable lessons God teaches us through those people who endure and thrive despite their physical and mental limitations.

In this engaging interview, Joni shares part of her own story of living in a wheelchair for more than 50 years, and the struggles she’s faced, as well as how she has to go to God when she feels overwhelmed and wants to give up.  She also talks about how able-bodied Christians can befriend and support the disabled.  And she urges the Christian community to fight against today's culture of death and efforts to expand assisted suicide and euthanasia.
