The Ties that Bind Pt 2 of 14
Trying to get my kids to calm down at bed time last night I decided to buy a digital download of AIO for them to listen to. My older kids had always loved it and I was very excited to share it with my younger kids. Imagine our disappoint then when we were unable to download the two episode I bought. The computer kept saying there were errors or something and it blocked us from downloading it. My teenagers said it was probably a virus. I don't know what it was but we were never able to get it to work. I don't mind too much about losing the $4 the two episodes cost but it made us sad that we were not able to listen to AIO like we had hoped. I love AIO and Focus on the Family, but I think I will stick to ordering the cds from now on. Response: We are sorry there were issues with your download. We would like to help resolve this.
