I have had the honor of going through this project five times. The copy my church lent me has traveled to several cities in Minnesota and the state of Arizona, as It has been shared with these communities. Every time I have viewed it I have learned something. Even the people involved have enlighten some area of my life. Thank you for keeping this project going - GOD IS GOOD! Review by Tona Gillispie Posted: 5/23/2017
I first started using the DVD series over five years ago while I was a mentor once a week at the Carol Vance Prison in Richmond, Texas. I helped mentor a group of 8 to 10 men each week from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

I am now using the series each Wednesday evening for a group of men that have been paroled and are living at half-way homes in the Houston area. We currently have a group of 10 to 15 men each week from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. They are all part of CHARM Ministries and we currently have five men homes and one women's facility.

Without question, this DVD series has had a tremendous positive impact on the men. It continues to have a positive impact on me as a mentor. I also stream series presented by Andy Stanley, the Pastor of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. Like Dr. Tackett, he is a teacher and I have shown probably 20 of his series over the past six plus years.

If Dr. Tackett has another series, I would love to know about it. Changing men's hearts to where they "look upon the face of God" is the answer to the world's issues.

The Truth Project should be used in every spiritual setting. The "Truth" will set you free!!! Review by Jim Culpepper Posted: 4/28/2017
My daughter and I did this study a few years ago and I'm currently trying to get our church youth group to consider it. It is phenomenal, packed full of truth, and so very relevant in today's culture. Review by Melissa Porter Posted: 4/25/2017
As a church we did truth project in 2007. It is an excellent resource. Very well done. I recommend as small groups study, or otherwise. Thank you, Focus.

The Truth Project is an amazing resource that I highly recommend! For Christians, it will strengthen their faith and equip them with solid teaching that will reinforce (and expand) their Biblical Worldview. For non-Christians (attending a Christian-led small group), it will provide a clear and comprehensive outlook on the Biblical Worldview. I have used the material to instruct high school juniors and seniors, college level students, and small group studies for a wide range of adult audiences. Dr. Tackett is an excellent communicator and speaks comprehensively on each subject with relevance to our present day. He is confident and bold without coming across as offensive or brash. As a parent, teacher, and credentialed minister, I have not found any material that is as insightful as The Truth Project! Review by Angela Gates Posted: 2/2/2017
We first attended a Truth Project series back in Seattle, Washington and loved it. Since then we have bought the DVD set (this will be our third set) and have led groups in Niceville, Florida and Buckeye, Payson, and Phoenix Arizona. We are just starting another group and this will be our 7th time to lead a new group. It has lots of relevant information in each teaching (even though the series is now 10 years old) and a great website for leaders as well as students wanting to dig in deeper. Highly recommend! Unbelievable "college level" insight to a perspective on bible principles as they apply to todays morally challenged environment. It is a commitment to get through the hours of programming...but the return on your time investment is unbelievable. I would recommend it for EVERYONE...especially young adults (they are not getting this understanding from their teachers). Review by Bruce Draeger Posted: 11/30/2016
Excellent except some of the closed captioning don't fit exactly what is said. Also closed captioning won't work on some TVs. Also, the study guide is only needed for the leaders discussion questions. The answer to questions from the guide and explaining how to use the guide is not clearly explained. For years there was no study guide because it is not necessary or easily done while listening. Dean L Gossett, Teacher and writer of Bible courses for over 5( years in public school and to camps and churches & to retired folks. Review by Dean L Gossett Posted: 11/25/2016
This is the best, single source, readily digestible (apologies to Scripture) coverage of the Biblical worldview of which I am aware. Fourteen, one hour video sessions, presented in a classroom setting with Dr. Tackett as the professor, is highly entertaining, covering not only the physical Creation along with the metaphysical, but also His created social order, by which He holds it all together (Col 1:17). It is one of three works, after the Bible, that I recommend ( as essential to understanding origins. I have led several groups through this study and helped start many others.
