The Truth Project Small Group Curriculum

When this released I attended the facilitator training in Colorado Springs, and have been blessed to have led many groups through the study. It's like a college course on Biblical truth and world Truth. The discussion guides work well. I build 3 ring binders, with pads of paper in each, with an outline at the beginning and I typically print out the first 2 lesson outlines for the attendees. I'm just about to lead another group, down here in Miami through "the Project". It's gotten a great deal of publicity though and the group has gotten a little too big for effective discussion and what I typically like is a smaller room for discussion. But it will be a blessing on many and I strongly encourage you go through this with a small group with 30 minutes at the end to discuss each week's episode. And take notes during the viewing! I've seen the first 4 at my church and was not able to attend the rest so I bought the series. I was very impressed with the first 4 and am looking forward to seeing the rest. This certainly shows how Satan has closed the minds of many scientist who see the evidence of God but choose to ignore it because they don't want to "believe" the evidence before them. This series is a "must" for kids in school who are forced to study evolution and the failed logic involved in that myth of a theory.

A new member of our church brought us the Truth Project and our church is currently hosting the outreach. After viewing the first lesson, my wife and I decided to purchase the DVD set to use in reaching folks that choose not to come to the church for the sessions, but rather need individual and private teaching. This is an amazing revelation taking place in an undergraduate classroom, that will make anyone who views it want all their loved ones and friends to see it as well. The world has no idea what "truth" really is. The world is floundering, and many Christians are floundering with them... not know truth in all its aspects. This series totally clears it up. Dynamic... entertaining... truth has never been made more clear.

This is my favorite Bible Study ever! We've led it 4 or 5 times, and learn something new every time. So much terrific material, and Del Tackett is a wonderful teacher/ presenter. Don't miss this one!

Having grown up in Christian home, I have been through a thousand small group and Bible study programs. Most fade away into generalizations after a year or two. This is a study that I have never forgotten. Even after six years, I still look for opportunities to share it with my friends and local church groups. I have yet to find any other study that so directly affirms the truths of scripture in our daily lives. God's word is more alive to me in my daily walk with Him than through any other study. It has fundamentally changed the way I understand scripture and relate to God as my creator. The Truths of God is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
